Please bring your own mat, and any props you would like. If you do not have a mat, a large beach towel is a nice alternative.  Please arrive by 4 PM to get settled in before class. Class will start by 4:15. You can expect an all-levels 45 minute flow, wrapping up class by 5 PM.

Come hang out with us and celebrate the start of summer! No registration required. Lucy & Howe will be serving really, really good beer and Hook & Peel will be slinging tasty pizzas. We'll have the farm stand open and the freezer full of tasty treats for desert.

Join us for a wood-fired pizza dinner at The Farm Upstream. Everyone is welcome for an evening of delicious food and joyful connection! In partnership with the One Hive Foundation, a special screening of their film, Seeding Change: Farming Beyond Neonics, will close out the evening.

Gluten-free and dairy-free pizza available onsite upon request.
